The Heritage Solaire Homeowners Association is a member-based Association of all Heritage Solaire residents in Roseville, CA. This newly developed community was built for active adults 55+ and features 493 “smart homes” with a clubhouse packed with amenities as the community’s centerpiece. The Board of Directors selected me to design and develop the community’s first-ever website. The goal was to create a design that evoked the “Margaritaville” lifestyle of the community and serve as the information hub for residents and potential residents. The challenge was to ensure this website was fully accessible and user-friendly for the demographic audience it served. In the first week after the launch of the website, the website had 2.2k pageviews and continues to receive positive feedback from residents.
